Television T7 briefly secured a spot among the top 10 most-watched television channels in Kosovo. The primary journalist and editorial team base was inherited from the Gazeta Express portal, which is a part of a larger media group.
Initially led by Berat Buzhala, other shareholders also held key positions within the television. On February 26, 2018, the Independent Media Commission (IMC) granted T7 Television the license to provide audio-visual media services through Kosovo's cable distribution operators. Currently, Leonard Kerquki serves as the director of the television outlet and is the creator of its flagship show, "Debat Pressing." The documents submitted to the Kosovo Business Registration Agency, ARBK, do not show who is the ultimate owner of Media A.B.C Holding B.V., although a board member lists it as Dutch Trust Management B.V. The name of the owners of the Dutch company Media A.B.C. Holding B.V., the purchase of shares was approved by Nikita Vinogradov.
On October 11, 2022, the Dutch company Media A.B.C. Holding B.V. finalized the deal to sell its entity, A.B.C. Management, a newly opened Albanian company, Media Holding Sh.p.k., for an amount of 2,722,500 euros. Up to that point, A.B.C. Management only owned ABC News. Despite the similarity in names, there is no publicly known connection between the ownership of Media Holding Sh.p.k. in Albania, the owner of ABC News television station, and Media Works Sh.p.k., in Kosovo, owner of Express Newspaper and T7 television.
Media Holding Sh.p.k is owned by Esat Bojku, a citizen of Kosovo.
Currently, based on the data from the Kosovo business register, Media Works Sh.p.k., is under the ownership of Media A.B.C. Holding B.V., a company based in the Netherlands.
