Radio Club FM Kosove
"Club FM" is one of the most prominent radio stations in Albania, achieving widespread popularity through its television broadcasts. While Club FM began its broadcasts in February 1998 in Albania, it secured its initial license in Kosovo from the IMC in 2019. Notably, the radio station offers programs that span both Kosovo and Albania.
Radio Club FM transferred ownership from Menduh Lluka to Arben Bylykbashi and Enkel Demi on September 26, 2022.
The ownership structure of Club FM slightly differs between the Albanian and Kosovo entities. In Albania, Arben Bylykbashi holds 74% of the shares, while Olta Reka, owns the remaining 26%. Arben Bylkykbashi founded the company "Club Muzikor" j.s.c in Albania in 1999, and initially held 24% of its shares. Over time, the company evolved into a family business, with Bylykbashi now possessing 74% of the shares, and Olta Reka, holding the remaining 26%. Another family-owned business is "Club Production," which is overseen by Bylykbashi's wife, Flutura Bylykbashi.
Arben Bylkybashi established the company “Integra LLC” in Kosovo in 2017, where he owns 67% of the shares. The company secured a license from the IMC in 2019, with Enkel Demi, a notable journalist in Albania holding 33% of the shares. Demi has a distinguished career with major media outlets in Albania, including Top Channel and TV Klan.
Radio Club FM obtained its license from the IMC on December 24, 2019. Initially, the license was issued to Radio Club FM and OSHMA TV under the ownership of Menduh Lluka. However, on September 26, 2022, ownership of the business and the radio license transferred from Menduh Lluka to Arben Bylykbashi and Enkel Demi.
