Despite Klan Kosova's claim that it updated its business data, MINT rejected their appeal. The Commercial Court temporarily suspended the ARBK's decision to revoke Klan Kosova television's business license.
Gent Bekeri, the former legal representative of Art Motion, now serves as a judge in the Commercial Court. Kushtrim Gojani is the director of the "ArtMotion'' cable network, which also faced the revocation of its business license by ARBK. The Commercial Court similarly delayed the execution of ARBK's decision for "ArtMotion."
The Independent Media Commission (KPM) also ruled that certain programs (such as Arena Sport) broadcast on this network should cease in Kosovo, citing content that violated national interests and security.
